Don’t judge before your time – Spanish Short film

It’s easy to judge someone before getting to know them. We see people all the time and we make assumptions about who they are and what they’re like. But it’s important to remember that we don’t really know anything about them until we take the time to get to know them. Just because someone looks a certain way or acts a certain way, doesn’t mean that’s who they really are. It’s important not to judge people before you have all the information. You might be surprised at how different someone is once you get to know them.

Similarly, for flashing light on this amazing thought, Short J/K has created a lovely Spanish Short Film. It’s so easy to judge people. We see someone who is poor or doesn’t have the same things as us and we immediately put them into a category. We think we know everything about them without even taking the time to get to know them. But that’s not fair. Everyone deserves a chance and we shouldn’t be so quick to judge.

In this short film, we meet a poor boy who is very hardworking. He does whatever he can to help his family and make ends meet. Then we meet a girl who misjudges him and mistreats him because of the way he looks. But her brother tries to make her see that she shouldn’t be so quick to judge people. He reminds her that everyone deserves a chance.

And in the end, it turns out that the poor boy was actually a good person. He helped the girl by rescuing her purse from a thief and returning her lost purse as well. If she had taken the time to get to know him, she would have seen that he was a good person all along.

So next time you’re tempted to judge someone, take a step back and think about whether or not you really know them. Chances are, you don’t. And instead of judging them, try getting to know them instead. You might be pleasantly surprised by what you find out.
