We all are familiar with this two-word Experience and Innovation. Experience helps us to see our learning from the past and take a promise not to repeat it in the future. Similarly, innovation is the word that successfully surpasses the experience and is all set to change the world. In any organization, there are two types of people, one who is highly experienced and the other who is young, always willing to find out something out of nothing, and is very energetic and active.

A recent study shows that innovation is important for the long-term survival of any organization therefore being innovative means you harness your ability for sustainability.

There may be some biases against younger and more mature workers in tech hiring practices. research suggests that these professionals can bring unique skills and perspectives to the workplace. 

During those deadly crises, time like “covid 2019”. Many businesses suffer from a “make it or break it” situation: Either innovate and pivot to adapt to the changing needs of consumers or suffer at the hands of the pandemic. People choose innovation and survive in that deadly circumstance.

In any field, experience is necessary so does innovation. We cannot deny the fact that innovation is the one that leads in comparison to experience. One can have experience but inventing something takes a lot of hard work and complete dedication to lead in any field. Well, we know that experience is knowledge or skill, that you have gained because you have done that job or activity for a long time. We know that  innovation is the ability to conceive, develop, deliver, and scale new products, services, processes, and business models for customers.
