The most difficult aspect of the game is that there is little to guide you through it. The game doesn’t provide a list of missions to do, no defined levels to achieve, or even a default map to direct you where to go. You’ll have to locate the map as well, so you’ll be on your own for the most of the game. Its premise of unregulated third-person combat against foes that are quick to punish foolishness is both thrilling and nerve-wracking. On the whole, it’s an unforgivingly opaque game that revels in the cruelty of exposing players to adverse odds and taking pleasure in witnessing the players struggling their way to victory.
